Overview: Located near Hartsville in the Kelley Town community, the Jacob Kelly House Museum is a classic example of a progressively-developed 19th century Southern country home. Decorated with period furnishings, it was also the temporary headquarters of a Northern officer on the infamous Sherman's March during the Civil War.

Overview: Known today as the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina," Murrells Inlet is one of the oldest coastal communities in the state, and was an active port in the 18th and 19th centuries as it served the Waccamaw Neck rice plantations.
